Families Connect is an interactive parent support program for families with children 13 months to 4 years. This program focuses on play, learning and parent child relationships. Parents will learn about healthy child development, play based learning and the importance of positive parenting. Families Connect is staffed by a team of caring professionals. Criteria: Families Connect is a specialized program for families facing challenging life circumstances. Referral and registration is required as there are a limited number of spaces.
